No. Tesorio only processes emails related to AR — customer payment correspondence, collection threads, and dispute communications. Personal emails are never accessed or stored.

Tesorio supports Gmail (Google Workspace) and Microsoft Outlook (Exchange/Microsoft 365) via Nylas. Both individual mailboxes and shared/group mailboxes are supported.
