Hi everyone,

I am Carlos Vega, CEO and Co-Founder at Tesorio. But this community is not about Tesorio — it is about the work you do every day.

I have spent the last decade talking to hundreds of finance teams, and the one thing I hear over and over is: “I wish I could talk to someone who actually understands what I am dealing with.”

Controllers do not have a community like developers have Stack Overflow. AR Managers do not have a place to compare notes on dunning strategies the way engineers share code on GitHub.

That is what this is for.

The ground rules are simple:

• Post anonymously if you need to

I will be here regularly — not to sell anything, but because I genuinely love talking about this stuff. Finance operations is wildly underappreciated, and the people who do it deserve a space of their own.
